From 6 weeks post-partum, or when you feel ready, come and heal yourself, take some time to re-build your strength, flexibility and peace of mind in the nurturing company of other new mums. Babies are welcome if child care is not an option. Please book with the studio directly.

Sundays, 9-10.15am, Mindful Vinyasa Yoga
In this class we will move through flowing sequences designed to release tensions, bring strength and nurture peace of mind. Classes need to be booked directly with the studio.
