From 6 weeks post-partum, or when you feel ready, come and heal yourself, take some time to re-build your strength, flexibility and peace of mind in the nurturing company of other new mums. Babies are welcome if child care is not an option. Please book with the studio directly.

A dynamic and nurturing pregnancy yoga class for all levels of fitness in the second and third trimester! Come and retain your fitness in a specially designed class for the pregnant body, as well as learning about how to support yourself and your baby through labour. Sundays, 9-10.15am, Mindful Vinyasa Yoga
In this class we will move through flowing sequences designed to release tensions, bring strength and nurture peace of mind. Classes need to be booked directly with the studio.
