Prenatal Yoga is perfect for your pregnancy as it's gentle enough for everyone to do, regardless of your fitness level, flexibility or previous experience.

During the classes you'll
  • Develop strength and flexibility, to be more comfortable in your changing body and for labour
  • Breathe better, tapping into your natural rhythms
  • Learn ways to help keep calm and energised, and to help during labour
  • Relax deeply into a state of deep well-being
  • Meet other pregnant ladies, a rich source of learning and support.

    The classes are suitable from 12 weeks and/or first scan, until the end of pregnancy.

    All levels of fitness and flexibility catered for, whether you are a seasoned yogini or completely new to yoga.
