Come and keep fit, healthy and focused in a specially designed yoga and meditation class for the pregnant body, as well as learning about how to support yourself and your baby through labour.
In this class we cover practices which may support you in labour, as well as keeping your pregnant self fit and healthy and preparing for motherhood.
I have been teaching pregnancy yoga for over ten years, having trained with pregnancy guru Uma Dinsmore Tuli as well as birth innovators Birthlight. I have also studied Mindfulness for Pregnancy and Childbirth and have used my many years of yoga and meditation practice in my own two pregnancies and labours.

Class will start with a physical yoga practice depending on your needs on the day, followed by a Yoga Nidra.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that takes you into deep rest and relaxation, laying in Savasana, the whole body, mind and spirit is used as the point of focus. Yoga Nidra can be a really effective practice for reducing stress, building the connection to yourself and helping you to feel more peaceful and joyful.
