Yoga Teacher Training

My Yoga Teaching Training in Essex accredited with Yoga Alliance (Foundation Level 200 hours) has been postponed. Please contact me if you are interested and I'll email you when we have the dates set.

I have been practising yoga for over 20 years and teaching for 15 years, specialising in mindful, alignment-based, breath-led dynamic yoga.

I have experience in ashtanga yoga, vinyasa yoga, yin yoga, yoga therapy and vipassana meditation, and have enjoyed studying with some of the world’s leading teachers, including Mukunda Stiles (yoga therapy), Shiva Rea (vinyasa flow yoga), Tias Little, Uma Dinsmore-Tuli (pregnancy yoga and yoga nidra), Sarah Powers (yin yoga and meditation) and John Peacock (mindfulness and Vipassana meditation).
